hey! you cannot use is with main verb! it should be -ing form!!! it would be in present continuous!!!! if it happens every April, then it should be RUNS! present simple because it happens all the time or most of the time!! i've been teaching that to my students over and over again!!!

I remember this one, because it sounds so... dirty. Defenestrate? Kinda like penetrate, eh? :D But it actually means throwing through a window, so you're... penetrating the window?
